You're such a bad procrastinator! That Halloween party at the college party house was tonight! You stop off on your way home from work at the seasonal Halloween store with all the costumes and decorations. They should still have something good, right? Wrong. All they have in your price range, besides kid's costumes, lawn decorations, returns, etc. is this bin of clearance items. Oh well, this'll have to do. Grab something quick! It's time to get wasted in the name of Halloween!
